Join us for Midweek @ Monks, a bi-weekly partnership with the Austin Jazz Society, featuring Unanswered Questions Trio with special guest Andre Hayward” Andre Hayward - Trombone Matt Berger - Guitar Chris Jones - Upright Bass Tom Raines - Drums Unanswered Questions brings the spirit of jazz improvisation to music unrestricted by genre. All three members contribute original compositions as well as bring their unique take on repertoire drawn from modern jazz, latin rhythms, reggae, country, and classic rock.  For this performance, the trio will feature world-renowned trombonist Andre Hayward, known for his work with Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Orchestra, the Duke Ellington Orchestra, Betty Carter, Joshua Redman, Chick Corea, and countless other luminaries from the world of jazz.  Andre will also be featured on an upcoming album release by the trio.  ——— Make a donation to be recognized: Supporter Level: Donate $50 or more, and we'll mention your name as a Supporter of the "AJS Presents: Midweek @ Monks" series, as part of the mission to creating more sustaining performance opportunities for Austin jazz musicians!
