Join us for a live taping and listening-room concert for the Aidan Berg Trio! Aidan Berg - Double Bass Jakob Hartz - Piano Collin McCord - Drums Aidan is a freelance Jazz Bassist and Cellist, originally from Houston, Texas, entering his second year at the University of Texas pursuing a degree in Jazz Double Bass performance. As a member of the UT Jazz Orchestra, he arranged Charles Mingus's work 'Fables of Faubus' for the Prayer, Peace, and Protest concert this past Spring. He has had the privilege of sharing a bandstand with Diego Rivera, Sam Dimov, David Mesquitic, Ashton Moore, Adam Jackson, Damian Garcia, and Rodney Whitaker. His recent credits include performing with the Diego Rivera Quartet at the Palo Alto Jazz Festival and session recordings for Sam Dimov's upcoming album 'An All Day Affair'. Please Note: This is a live-taping, so we'll be enforcing a whisper-policy! Cold bottles of still and sparkling water will be available for purchase, but this event is BYOB. Ice will be available if needed, wine keys and 9oz cups provided! 22 free parking spaces onsite are first-come-first-serve.
