Lynn Ray - Vocals Brian Pardo - Guitar Bruce Saunders - Guitar James Suter - Double Bass Adam Jackson - Drums Guitarist and composer, Brian Pardo has performed and recorded with a wide range of jazz and popular artists including Jack McDuff, Stan Getz, John Clayton, Eddie Harris, Charles McPherson, Arthur Blythe, Barbara Dennerlein, Paul Hanson, Mark Levine, Claudia Gomez, Tony Manoco, Paul McCandless, Bonnie Raitt, The Coasters, The Shirelles, Coco Lee, Tom Waits, Audra McDonald, and many others. He has composed, recorded, and produced music for radio, television, and film, including work for Paramount Pictures, PBS Soundstage, PBS documentary films, Comedy Central, Apple Computers, Wells Fargo, The Ford Motor Company, Century 21, and Levi Strauss & Co. Brian holds a doctorate in Jazz Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, a master’s degree in Music Composition from Mills College, and a bachelor’s degree in Music Theory and Composition from Haverford College. He is a member of the Jazz faculty at Huston-Tillotson University and has previously taught at Texas State University, University of California, Berkeley, California State University East Bay, and the California Jazz Conservatory. Vocalist Lynn Ray Pardo has toured with Arlo Guthrie, David Bromberg, Country Joe and the Fish, and the Zasu Pitts Memorial Orchestra, and has performed with Grady Tate, Keeley Smith, Bonnie Raitt, Pat Simmons, James Cleveland’s Gospel Music Workshop of America, The Lighthouse Singers, John Lee Sanders, and many others. She has recorded title tracks for internationally acclaimed projects including the films, Rush Hour 2, Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, Eat a Bowl of Tea, Saving Lincoln, Slam Dunk Ernest, as well as the Kitaro's Grammy-nominated album, The Light of the Spirit (produced by Bob Weir).
